Tasting at Stellar from 6 to 7 pm:
Start the evening tasting these three outstanding wines selected to pair with the dinner menu items. Appetizers from Hutch's menu will be served during the tasting:
L'Arjolle Viognier Sauvignon Blanc blend - Southern France (salad pairing)
Fontanafreda Bricottondo Dolcetto - Piedmont, Italy (main course pairing)
Bersano still chilled Moscato -Italy (desert pairing)
Before heading to the restaurant for dinner you'll be able to choose one bottle from the tasting selection (included in your "Wine and Dine Wednesday" package).

Enjoy this fabulous three-course, wine paired, dinner specially created by Chef Marc Wuenschel for the event:
Mixed Berry salad: baby spinach, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, goat cheese, mustard vinaigrette.
Gnocchi Caprese: housemade potato gnocchi, basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella. Choice of shrimp or chicken.
Salted caramel cheesecake tart with pretzel gelato.
