Join us for our third "wine shop-to-restaurant" culinary event highlighting our great wine selection and Hutch American Bistro's outstanding cuisine.
Tasting at Stellar from 6 to 7 pm
Start the evening tasting these three outstanding wines selected to pair with the dinner menu items:
Marchesa Gavi - Italy - this is a dry, medium bodied, crisp white that pairs beautifully with salads, shellfish, and seafood.
Planeta Nero d' Avola - Sicily, Italy: light to medium bodied, very approachable red that pairs very well with the main course in Chef's Wuenschel menu.
Di Celo sparkling Moscato - this is refreshing moscato is an ideal companion for the cheesecake tart Hutch is serving to close the meal.
Appetizers from Hutch's menu will be served during the tasting.
Before heading over to the restaurant for dinner you'll be able to choose one bottle from the tasting selection (included in your "Wine and Dine Wednesday" package).

Enjoy this fabulous three-course, wine paired dinner specially created by Chef Marc Wuenschel for this event. Dining "al fresco" weather permitting:
Summer Melon Salad- watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, basil, arugula, prosciutto, pinenuts, goat cheese, honey citrus vinaigrette
Scallops- sweet corn and chive risotto, pork belly, leeks
Cheesecake tart with triple berry reduction
