Join us for our fourth Wine and Dine Wednesday", a wine shop-to-restaurant culinary event highlighting our great wine selection and Hutch American Bistro's outstanding cuisine.
Tasting at Stellar from 6 to 7 pm
Start the evening tasting these three outstanding wines selected to pair with the dinner menu items:
Lola Prosecco: this crisp Italian sparkler is perfect to kick off your summer dinner. It offers layers of citrus, peach and and has the perfect balance between sweet and dry.
Viña do Burato Mencia (Ribeira Sacra): this is a light/medium bodied, dry red made with the Mencia grape, which mostly planted in Northwest Spain, (Galicia). This wine is slightly floral and fruity and it is sometimes called the "Spanish Beaujolais" for it's similarity in style and texture with the wines from that French region.
Chasing Venus Sauvignon Blanc - New Zealand. this lean and crisp wine offers highlights of apple and melon and a hint of spiciness rose is an ideal companion for the lemon tart Hutch is serving to close the meal.
Appetizers from Hutch's menu will be served during the tasting.
Before heading over to the restaurant for dinner you'll be able to choose one bottle from the tasting selection (included in your "Wine and Dine Wednesday" package).

Enjoy this fabulous three-course, wine paired dinner specially created by Chef Marc Wuenschel for this event. Dining "al fresco" weather permitting:
Baby Kale blend with avocado, strawberries, pecan and a white balsamic vinaigrette
Spaghetti Shrimp Diablo with shaved parmesan
Lemon Tarte with fresh strawberries
The total cost for this event is $ 50 per person plus tax and service and includes a bottle of wine from our tasting selection. Please call Hutch American Bistro at 773-248-1155 for reservations.

Wine selection is subject to change based on availability - you must be over 21 to taste.
